‘ISP ကော်လံ’ ဆိုတာကတော့ ကျယ်ပြန့်တဲ့ ခေါင်းစဉ်အကြောင်းအရာတွေကို ဆွေးနွေးနိုင်ဖို့ ပြင်ပဆောင်းပါးရှင်တွေနဲ့ လူငယ်တွေကို ဖိတ်ခေါ်ချင်တဲ့ နေရာတခု ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံရဲ့ ပဋိပက္ခ၊ ငြိမ်းချမ်းရေး၊ လုံခြုံရေး၊ တရုတ်-မြန်မာဆက်ဆံရေး၊ နိုင်ငံရေးဆိုင်ရာ ဘောဂဗေဒ၊ နိုင်ငံရေး၊ လူမှုစီးပွား၊ နိုင်ငံတကာဆက်ဆံရေး၊ သမိုင်း၊ ယဉ်ကျေးမှု၊ စာပေ စသဖြင့် နှစ်သက်ရာကို ရေးသားတင်ပြပေးနိုင်ဖို့ပါပဲ။ စိတ်ကူးဉာဏ်ကွန့်မြူးနိုင်မယ့် အတွေးအကြံနဲ့ ဆွေးနွေးငြင်းခုံမှုတွေ ဖြစ်စေရေးကို ရည်ရွယ်ပါတယ်။ စာရေးသူတွေရဲ့ ရှင်းလင်းပြတ်သားတဲ့ အမြင်နဲ့ စူးရှတဲ့ကြံဆချက်တွေဟာ ပညာရှင်တွေ၊ လေ့လာသူတွေနဲ့ ပရိသတ်အများအတွက်ပါ အတွေးပွားစရာတွေ ဖြစ်စေချင်ပါတယ်။
စာမူရေးသားခြင်းအတွက် အကြံပြုချက်
- စာမူတွေကို (မြန်မာနဲ့ဖြစ်စေ၊ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာနဲ့ဖြစ်စေ) ရေးသားနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ရှင်းလင်းတဲ့အမြင်၊ စူးရှတဲ့ကြံဆချက်တွေ ဖြစ်စေချင်ပါတယ်။ ဖတ်ရ လွယ်ကူတာမျိုး ဖြစ်စေချင်ပါတယ်။
- လူငယ်တွေကို ရေးသားပါဝင်ကြဖို့ အထူးတိုက်တွန်းပါတယ်။
- မူရင်းရေးသားချက်တွေ ဖြစ်ဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ အခြားစာစောင်စာတမ်းတွေမှာ ဖော်ပြပြီးသား မဖြစ် ရပါဘူး။ (Chat GPT လိုမျိုး AI ရဲ့ အကူအညီကို ယူလိုက ယူနိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ လူအစစ်ရဲ့ ဖန်တီးမှု ဖြစ်ဖို့လိုပါတယ်။)
- ကိုးကားချက်တွေပါရင် ပိုကောင်းပါတယ်။ စာထဲမှာ ထည့်သွင်းမဖော်ပြရင်တောင် အချက်အလက်တွေကို ပြန်လှန်စစ်ဆေးဖို့ အထောက်အကူ ဖြစ်စေပါမယ်။
စာမူမဖော်ပြခင်မှာ ဒီအဆင့်တွေကို လုပ်ဆောင်ပါမယ်။
- စာမူပေးပို့မှု
- စာမူတွေကို အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့က ရွေးချယ်ပါမယ်။ (ဘယ်လိုရွေးချယ်မယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စံနှုန်းကိုလည်း ဖော်ပြထားပါတယ်။)
- လိုအပ်ရင် စာရေးသူကို ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ရေးဖို့ ညှိနှိုင်းပါမယ်။
- သတ်ပုံ၊ တည်းဖြတ်မှုနဲ့ တင်ပြပုံ ပြင်ဆင်မှု ပြုပါမယ်။ (အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့အနေနဲ့ တည်းဖြတ်မှုကို အနည်းဆုံးပဲ လုပ်ပါမယ်။)
- အဲဒါတွေ ပြီးသွားတဲ့အခါ ဝက်ဘ်ဆိုက်စာမျက်နှာကနေ ထုတ်ဝေပါမယ်။
စာမူပေးပို့ခြင်းအတွက် လိုအပ်ချက်
- pdf သို့မဟုတ် Microsoft Word file နဲ့ ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါတယ်။
- မြန်မာ သို့မဟုတ် အင်္ဂလိပ်ဘာသာနဲ့ ရေးသားနိုင်ပါတယ်။
- စာမူအရှည်
- English: Font size 11 (Manrope/Lato/Georgia), 1.15 spacing, 500 to 800 words (no more than 800 words)
- မြန်မာ – Font size 11 (Pyidaungsu/ Noto San), single spacing, A4 တမျက်နှာခွဲကနေ နှစ်မျက်နှာ(နှစ်မျက်နှာထက် မကျော်စေချင်ပါ)
- စာမူက ယေဘုယျအားဖြင့် စာပိုဒ် ခုနစ်ပိုဒ် (နိဒါန်းတပိုဒ်၊ စာကိုယ် ငါးပိုဒ်နဲ့ နိဂုံးတပိုဒ်) ပါရှိရပါမယ်။
- ကလောင်အမည်၊ နာမည်အရင်း၊ ကိုယ်ရေးအကျဉ်း၊ အရင်က ပုံနှိပ်ဖော်ပြမှုများ၊ ဆက်သွယ်ဖို့ အီးမေးလ်လိပ်စာတွေ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
- ကိုယ်တိုင်ရေးသားထားတဲ့ စာမူ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ ကိုးကားချက်တွေ ပါနိုင်တယ်။
- စာရေးသူတဦးက စာမူကြိုက်သလောက် ပေးပို့နိုင်ပါတယ်။
- စာမူပေးပို့ဖို့ ဖော်ပြထားတဲ့ စာမျက်နှာ လင့်ခ် submissions page ကနေတဆင့် ဖိုင်ကို တင်ပို့နိုင်ပါ တယ်။ အီးမေးလ်ကနေ ပေးပို့ဖို့ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်တွေကို စုံစမ်းနိုင်ဖို့ တော့ [email protected] အီးမေးလ်ကို ဆက်သွယ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။
ဉာဏ်ပူဇော်ခ
- ရွေးချယ် ဖော်ပြခံရရင် အမေရိကန်ဒေါ်လာ ၂၅-၅၀ ဝန်းကျင်နဲ့ ညီမျှတဲ့ မြန်မာကျပ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် ထိုင်းဘတ် ချီးမြှင့်ပါမယ်။ ငွေလွှဲပေးရမယ့် ဘဏ်စာရင်းနံပါတ် ဒါမှမဟုတ် အကောင့်တွေကို ပေးဖို့လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။
စာမူရွေးချယ်ခြင်း
အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့က စာမူရွေးချယ်ရာမှာ အောက်ပါအခြေခံမူတွေနဲ့ တိုက်ဆိုင်စဉ်းစားပါမယ်။
- အဓိက သတင်းစကားနဲ့ လူထုအများအကြား ဆွေးနွေးငြင်းခုံစရာဖြစ်မှု
- စာဖတ်ပရိသတ်တွေအတွက် တန်ဖိုးရှိမှု
- စာဖွဲ့စည်းပုံ (သင့်လျော်တဲ့ တင်ဆက်မှု၊ သဒ္ဒါ၊ သတ်ပုံနဲ့ ရေးဟန်) နဲ့ စာဖတ်ပရိသတ်တွေအတွက် ဖတ်ရှုရ လွယ်ကူမှု
- ခွဲခြားဖိနှိပ်ခြင်း မရှိမှုနဲ့ သမာသမတ်ကျမှု
စာမူရေးသားသူနှင့် တွဲဖက်ရေးသားသူများ
ပေးပို့မယ့်စာမူဟာ ရေးသားသူတဦးထက်ပိုခဲ့ရင် တွဲဖက်ရေးသားသူအားလုံးရဲ့ ဆန္ဒတွေပါဝင်မှသာ စာမူတင်သွင်းတာကို လက်ခံပါမယ်။ တွဲဖက်ပါဝင်ရေးသားခဲ့သူ တဦးတယောက်ချင်းစီကို တွဲဖက်ရေးသားသူအဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြု ဖော်ပြဖို့လိုပါတယ်။ ဒီတွဲဖက်ရေးသားသူများ စာရင်းဟာ စာရေးသူလို့ နာမည်ခံနိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမှာ ဖြစ်ပြီး စာမူမှာ ပါတဲ့အကြောင်းအရာအတွက် တာဝန်ခံနိုင်သူတွေ ဖြစ်ရပါမယ်။ Chatgpt လိုမျိုး AI ကို စာရေးသူအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်လို့ မရနိုင်ပါဘူး။
စာကူးယူခိုးချမှုနှင့် မူပိုင်ခွင့်ဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒ
ISP Column အနေနဲ့ ပညာရပ်ပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ တည်ကြည်မှု၊ ယုံကြည်ကိုးစားရမှုကို အမြင့်မားဆုံး တန်ဖိုးထားပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် စာကူးယူခိုးချမှုကို တင်းကျပ်စွာ တားမြစ်ပါတယ်။ ကိုးကားတဲ့ အိုင်ဒီယာ၊ ဒေတာ၊ တွေ့ရှိချက်တွေကို လုံလောက်စွာ အသိအမှတ်ပြု ကိုးကားဖော်ပြဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ အကယ်၍ စာကူးယူခိုးချတယ်လို့ တွေ့ ရှိလာခဲ့ရင် ISP-Myanmar က ချက်ချင်း စစ်ဆေးပါမယ်။ ဖော်ပြထားမှုကို ရုပ်သိမ်းပြီး၊ ဝက်ဘ်စာမျက်နှာက ဖြုတ်ချမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ စာရေးသူကိုလည်း စာမူဖော်ပြခွင့် သုံးလ ကနေ ရာသက်ပန် ရုပ်သိမ်းမှာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အမှန်ဖြစ်စေရန် ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း
ပုံနှိပ်ဖော်ပြပြီးတဲ့ ဆောင်းပါးမှာ အမှားအယွင်း တွေ့လာခဲ့ရင်၊ စာမူကို ရုပ်သိမ်းပြီး ချက်ချင်း ပြန်လည်ပြင်ဆင်ပါမယ်။ အကယ်၍ စာရေးသူဖက်က စောဒကတက်စရာ၊ ငြင်းဆိုစရာ ရှိလာခဲ့ရင် အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့နဲ့ တိုက်ဆိုင်စစ်ဆေးပြီး၊ သင့်လျော်သလို ဆက်လက် ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမယ်။
မလျော်ကန် ဆောင်ရွက်မှုအပေါ် စွပ်စွဲချက်များ ရှိလာခြင်း
သုတေသန၊ ပုံနှိပ်ဖော်ပြမှုအပေါ် မလျော်ကန် ဆောင်ရွက်ထားတယ်လို့ စွပ်စွဲချက်တွေ ရှိလာရင် သင့်လျော်သလို ချက်ချင်း စုံစမ်း စစ်ဆေးပါမယ်။ အယ်ဒီတာအဖွဲ့ အပါအဝင် ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ပညာရှင်တွေနဲ့ တိုင်ပင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပါ မယ်။
လေးစားမှုဖြင့် ဆက်ဆံခြင်း
ကျနော်တို့ ဝန်ဆောင်မှုပေးလိုတဲ့ စာဖတ်သူ လူမှုအသိုက်အဝန်းအတွက် ယုံကြည်မှု တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ဖို့နဲ့ အရည် အသွေး မြင့်မားတဲ့ ပုံနှိပ်ဖော်ပြမှုတွေ ဖြစ်လာစေဖို့အတွက် အပြန်အလှန် လေးစားမှုနဲ့ ဆက်ဆံဖို့ မဖြစ်မနေ လိုအပ်တယ်လို့ ယုံကြည်ပါတယ်။ ကျနော်တို့ကိုယ်တိုင်က ကျွမ်းကျင်သူ ပညာရှင်ပီသစွာ ပြုမူဖို့ လိုအပ်ပြီး၊ စာမူရှင်၊ စိစစ် သုံးသပ်သူ၊ စာဖတ်သူတွေနဲ့ ထိတွေ့ဆက်ဆံရာမှာ လေးစားမှုရှိစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ပါမယ်။ ရန်လိုမှု အမူအကျင့်၊ ဖိနှိပ် စော်ကားမှု၊ ဗိုလ်ကျမှု၊ ခွဲခြားဆက်ဆံမှုတွေကို လုံးဝသည်းညည်းခံသွားမှာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။
ISP Column Submission Guidelines and Related Policies
ISP Column covers a broad range of topics related to Myanmar’s conflict, peace and security, China Studies, political economy, politics, socio-economic, international relations, history, culture and literature, in order to foster thoughtful healthy debates and deliberation. It strives to present clear thinking by knowledgeable observers on important issues that can be read with ease and pleasure by both professionals and a broad general audience.
Manuscript Submission
- The articles shall be written in either Burmese or English, which can make sharp arguments to read at ease.
- ISP-Myanmar especially encourages youth to share their thoughts.
- The writing must be original to the author—he or she may use AI, e.g. e.g. ChatGPT, or other similar Large Language Models (LLMs), but the article will be his/her own creation. The article shall not be published anywhere.
- Citations are not necessary, but it could be helpful for internal fact-checking.
Submission and Publication Process
The process is as follows:
- Manuscript Submission (around 3 pages)
- Wait for the Editorial Board’s Decision (Please see the Decisions section for more information)
- Revision if needed with suggestions from the editor
- Final proofread and edit (There will be minimum editing by editors)
- Publication
Accepted Manuscript Formats
- Either in pdf or Microsoft Word file
- Either in Burmese or English (no preference)
- Recommended Length (does not count the reference list and footnotes):
- English text: Font 11 (Manrope/Lato/Georgia), 1.15 spacing, 500 to 800 words (no more than 800 words)
- Burmese text: Font 11 (Pyidaungsu/ Noto San), single spacing, A4 1.5 to 2 pages (no more than two pages)
- The manuscript ideally contains seven paragraphs with one introduction paragraph and one conclusion paragraph for both English and Burmese.
- The submission must contain the following: Author(s) name(s), short bio with past publication, and contact information (Email)
- Original manuscript file
- There is no restriction on how many manuscripts an author can submit.

Honorarium
The contribution fees for each manuscript published is MMK kyats or Thai Baht equivalent to USD 25-50. The author(s) need(s) to provide:
- Bank name (either Myanmar banks, Thai banks, or PayPal)
- Bank account number (or ) email address linked to the PayPal account
- Bank account name (or) PayPal account name
Selection Key Criteria
The Editorial Committee will consider the following criteria for every article published by ISP-Myanmar:
- Key Message and Public Debate: Manuscript must contain the author(s)’s own sharp argument, own point of view, findings or conclusions. The article shall be a unique key message or thought-provoking question, or whether it can spark an essential intellectual public debate for the benefit of Myanmar’s society.
- Audience Value: Whether the article is valuable to a broad audience, aiming to be useful to specialists, scholars from other fields, as well as teachers and students.
- Organization and Readability: proper language structure, grammar, and style
- Objectivity and Non-Discrimination: The article adheres to the principles of objectivity, avoids hate speech, and does not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, or political ideologies.
Authors/ Contributors
Manuscripts should be submitted for consideration only after obtaining consent from all contributing authors. Those submitting manuscripts must ensure that everyone who has contributed to the work is acknowledged as a contributing author. The list of authors should include everyone who can legitimately claim authorship and they all must be able to take accountability for the accuracy of the content. Large language models like Chatgpt cannot be contributed as authors.
Plagiarism and Copyrights Policy
ISP Column puts the highest value in academic integrity and strictly prohibits any act of plagiarism in the manuscript submitted for ISP Column publication. Any quote or cited idea, data and findings must be properly attributed to the original author(s). If the plagiarized content is found in the published article, ISP will investigate the case immediately and consequently remove the article from the website and other platforms. Additionally, ISP will ban publication in the future from 3 months to permanently.
Correcting the Record
If an error is found in a published article, the author must promptly correct or withdraw the paper. If the author disputes the criticism, the Members of the Editorial Committee will convene, review the evidence, and decide on the appropriate course of action.
Allegations of Misconduct
Allegations of research or publication misconduct are investigated fairly, promptly, and thoroughly by qualified personnel, including Members of the Editorial Committee.
Communicate with respect
Building trust and delivering quality publishing products and services to the communities we serve is possible only through relationships founded on mutual respect. We achieve this by consistently conducting ourselves professionally and respectfully when interacting with authors, reviewers, and readers. Aggressive behavior, harassment, bullying, or discrimination against our staff are not tolerated.
